Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mike McNally, and I am a full time real estate professional who was born, and raised in Fall River. I have been involved in the local real estate business since 1974.

I take pride in the level, and the quality of service that I provide to buyers and sellers. I am available "7 Days and 7 Evenings" to fulfill your real estate needs. My business has been built on personal service and professional ethics, enabling me to enjoy a very high referral rate from previous buyers and sellers who send relatives and friends with the confidence that they will get the highest quality and quantity of real estate services.

Helping buyers sort through the often confusing world of mortgage choices to find the best loan program for them, so they can shop for a house as Pre-Approved Buyers, is the first step in the purchase process. I constantly update Buyers with new listings that meet their housing needs, and assist them through the inspection and closing process.

Serving Sellers in the all important aspect of properly pricing their property for sale, I develop the marketing plan, the photo advertising, conduct the open house, show the property most effectively, and guide and advise the Seller through the negotiation, and home inspection leading to a successful closing of the property.

As a past President of the Fall River Multiple Listing Service, past recipient of the local Associations' Realtor of the Year Award, its Lifetime Achievement Designation, and its John F. Dator Service Award, I have qualifications to serve you honestly and effectively.

For seven years, I chaired the Realtor's Professional Standards Committee. I am a past President of the Fall River Chapter of the Citizens' Scholarship Foundation/"Dollars for Scholars", as well as a past Director and Treasurer of the Association for Retarded Citizens of Greater Fall River and the Board of Directors of the Deaconess Home of Fall River. I currently chair the Awards Committee for "Dollars for Scholars", and serve on the Board of Directors. In 2003 I was named to the National Honor Roll of Scholarship America and I am currently a member of the New York/New England Board of Dollars for Scholars. I was the 2004 recipient of the United Way's Thomas F. Cooney Memorial Service Award.

M.J. McNally Associates opened in 1981 and I joined the firm one year on July 1, 1982. This July I will begin my 34th year of employment with Mike McNally. Over that time I have concentrated on the sale and resale of existing residential properties in Fall River and its suburbs and have been fortunate to have helped over 500 families with their real estate needs.  For many years I was involved in the business on a part time basis as I was a teacher for thirty five years. Nine years ago I retired and now devote myself full time to the real estate profession.

Most of my sales are from repeat customers, their families and friends. Having people put their faith and trust in my is extremely rewarding to me. I have done a good deal of referral work from local attorneys as well as the Fall River banking community. I am a member of the Greater Fall River Board of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have taught the real estate licensing course at Bristol Community College.

As the newest member of the MJ McNally & Associates team, I would like to tell you a little about myself. My passion for real estate originates from my architectural studies while completing my Art History degree at UMASS. As a Realtor for MJ McNally & Associates, an agency steeped in integrity and professionalism which has served the residence of Greater Fall River for over 35 years, I have at my disposal a wealth of knowledge in real estate.

As a lifelong native of the Somerset and Swansea community, I am quite familiar with the area and have actively participated in numerous successful transactions buying and selling properties. My knowledge in preparing and staging these homes lead to near or at asking price offers and rapid sales. When assisting with the buying of homes, I have quickly identified listings which met the needs and budgets for those who put their trust in me. Prior to attaining my Salesperson's License, I held positions in retail and also worked at the Somerset Public Library for five years.
